For Associates
1. Sign our contract, which includes:

no fees

confidentially with potential Owners
2. Complete our on-line survey to determine the type of position you need.
3. Email us your CV.
4. You receive emails from us with potential opportunities.
5. You indicate to us whether the Owner’s requirements meet your needs.
6. If so, we email your CV to the Owner. Either party can contact the other.
7. Complete the interview process.
8. Find the right match for you.
We check with you periodically to ensure the process is proceeding smoothly.

For Owners
1. Sign our contract, which contains:

confidentiality agreement to protect the Associates

our fee (paid upon hiring; no up-front money)

non-exclusive nature
2. Complete our on-line survey to determine the type of Associate you need

Full-time vs part-time

Skill set (implants; ortho; endo; third-molar extractions, etc.)

Years of experience

Potential future ownership
3. Telephone interview with us to refine search.
4. Your criteria emailed to our Associate data base
5. If Associates indicate they meet your criteria, we forward their CVs to you and notify them. Either party can contact the other.
6. You conduct interviews.
7. You hire the appropriate candidate.
8. You pay our fee.
